I am an Olympian, Nordic and Finnish champion, and I broke the 100m hurdles national record in 2019. I made a comeback after five years of illnesses in 2017 and I have achieved almost all of the ”impossible” dreams of my previous running career. In addition to breaking the Finnish national record, I have broken the national championship record and I was undefeated in Finland in 2020 and 2021. I ran the qualifying standard to the Tokyo Olympics eight times, more than any other Finnish athlete. I was selected as The Most Positive Finn and Female Athlete of The Year in Finland in 2020. My biggest goal has always been to see my limits as a hurdler and also inspire others to not give up and believe in their dreams. I want to show that anything is possible.
